Saunas relax your muscles and refresh your mind. First the quivering heat, the sizzle of cold water sprinkled over hot stones and then wave after wave of hot air gently massaging it's way into your skin. Round it off with an invigorating shower - and afterwards you feel like a new person in body and soul.

Hälso Sauna
Hälso uses Scandinavian spruce, Aspen, Western Red Cedarwood or American Basswood in its locally factory-produced saunas. These are first-class timbers with a surface that can cope with both heat and high humidity.
Hälso uses low density timbers such as American Basswood, Aspen or Western Red Cedar in the manufacture of our benches, duckboard, headrests, door handles and backrests.

SAWO Finland
SAWO sauna rooms are made from the finest softwoods Cedar, Aspen and Spruce and designed with the touch of Finnish traditions and know-how. Each material has their own distinct character which separates them from other.
Available sauna room interior designs for Cedar and Aspen are Wave, Piano and Classic designs. Piano and Classic designs are available for Spruce sauna rooms.
